• Hostel Room Allocation will help in allocation of different rooms of hostel to the students in an easy manner. Students pending for room allocation will know the status of availability of the rooms.
• Guidelines for Hostel room de-allocation.
• Hostel Issue will keep track of the items issued to the students and even maintain every student’s personal account.
• Hostel gate Pass will show the information of the entries for Incoming and Outgoing students and visitors, visiting the hostel. It will also contain the record of employees visiting the hostel. The hostel gate pass is printable and will prove to be an easy way to provide a gate pass to students, staff members, etc.
• Hostel visitor book facility will hold the complete details of the in and out time, date, reason for the visitors who visit the hostel.
• Views & Analysis will provide facility to view and analyze :
