Staff remark module contains the remarks given to the employees on the basis of their performance in school/college. The performance is based on various parameters like teaching standard, performance of students depending upon how the students of the class performed, extra work performed, overtime work, their rapport with the students, etc. The remarks can be later analyzed and viewed, at the time of increments, suspension, rejoining after a long gap, etc. 

There are gamuts of features that can be performed through this module, like- User can allot different Employee Remark Area for Employees, record of remarks given to the Employees can be stored here. User can know the Employee Remark left. The summary of the points given to each employee can be easily viewed online.

It is easy to see the reports for Employee Summary Left. Users can view and analyze the Employee’s total points report. All the reports can be imported to Excel for better viewing. User can view and analyze the summary of the entire Employees’ Remark point,   Employee- wise/ Department-wise/ Date wise. This web module can be accessed online , provided the user has a username and password and is connected to the internet.
